We understand that plans may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing, and we may not be able to accommodate changes.

For faster processing, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the purchase.

 


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives defective or physically broken, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item, email us at help@poiod.com with a clear photo of the damage. If the damage meets our criteria, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that:

  • Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered product damage.
  • We do not accept returns or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or shipping issues. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address
